TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Product availability

All Commelle orders are subject to product availability. If any product is out of stock after an order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible. At that time, you can modify or cancel your order.

Prices

Commelle reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the buyer the application of the price in force at the time of order confirmation. It will not be obliged to compensate the customer after the time of purchase.

Prices in euros (€) include VAT for sales within the European Union.

All discount percentages communicated in our promotions refer to prices in euros. Discount percentages may vary when applying necessary currency changes.

Sales to countries outside the European Union do not include VAT, but are subject to possible taxes and duties.

All taxes, tariffs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer according to current legal provisions. The amount of these taxes varies depending on the country and the total invoice amount in euros. These taxes are borne by the customer upon receipt of the order.

Promotions

In this section, we explain current promotions in a simple way. Pay attention!

Promotions do not apply to El Corte Inglés or current Commelle points of sale.

Items given away in special promotions and giveaways cannot be exchanged or returned.

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other and do not apply to the selection of discounted or promotional items.

Obvious errors and typos are not binding. For example, if you buy an item that was mistakenly offered for €1, Commelle reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the order, thus refunding the amount you paid.

Warranty and repair policy

Commelle garments are subject to the warranty conditions for consumer products provided by law.

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, and wear and tear from use.

If a product has a problem due to manufacturing defects, Commelle will replace or repair it.

To use the warranty, you will need the original purchase receipt. The quality department will determine whether the problem is covered by Commelle's warranty.
