This legal notice regulates the permitted use of the page https://www.commellebytoton.com/ its source code, design, photographs, texts, navigation structure, databases and different elements contained therein, are the property of the Service Provider, to whom the exclusive exercise of exploitation rights in any form and, especially, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation belong.

specifically regarding texts, design, works, trademarks, logos, source code and
any other susceptible of protection, without the express authorization of their owners.
Any unauthorized use will be duly prosecuted by the legitimate owners.

4. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the
determination of the place of conclusion of the sale and purchase to which these
General Conditions are subject, the provisions of article 29 of Law
34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce, shall apply. In the event that the CLIENT is not considered a consumer, any conflict related to the interpretation or execution of these General Contract Conditions will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Arenys de Mar.
