EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchange and Return Policy
Spain
For an exchange, return, or refund to be processed, the garment must be in perfect condition, with the original tag and unworn. Swimwear items must have the hygiene sticker.
If you wish, you can exchange and/or return or request a refund for your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of your order.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer as long as the order is under €300. If the customer wants to make an exchange, the costs will be borne by COMMELLE. If the customer wants to make a return, the costs will be borne by the customer. If the reason for the return is a faulty item, the return costs will be borne by COMMELLE.
In case of having mistakenly sent a different garment than requested, or having received a poor quality product, please contact atencionalcliente@commellebytoton.com and we will arrange the exchange or return of the item. COMMELLE will cover the return and/or exchange shipping costs. The customer has a period of 48 hours from the receipt of the item to notify the brand of a shipping error or if the item is faulty.
Online Exchanges in Spain
You can make one size, model, or color exchange per order. The costs are borne by the customer. Follow the instructions inside the package.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
- Send an email with your order number to atencionalcliente@comellebytoton.com indicating that you wish to return your order and explaining the reason.
- We will send you a label that you must print and stick on the brown packaging box in which you received your order. If the original packaging is in poor condition, you can use another box or bag that is in good condition.
- We will go to your shipping address to deliver your new order and collect the one you are returning.
No exchanges are allowed for custom-made or altered garments.
Exchanges are subject to the stock availability of the desired item, size, and color.
Online Returns in Spain
To return your order, follow the instructions below:
- Send an email with your order number and indicating the reason for the return to atencionalcliente@commellebytoton.com
- Ensure that the garments are in their original condition.
- Contact the authorized courier service or the local post office and send the package to this address:

COSTS
COMMELLE is not responsible for the costs of the return (except in case of our error or if the item is faulty), but we will help manage it at all times.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer has the obligation to return the product in perfect condition, with its original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer.
REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
COMMELLE will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the return notification by the customer. All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
